Allong provides a companion experience for reflection, tiny actions, and personal progress. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether Allong is appropriate for your situation. In urgent or high-risk situations, seek qualified human support.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Account features depend on Supabase authentication and backend services being available.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to use Allong only for your own lawful, personal use. You may delete your account from Profile. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for billing, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Paid memberships are handled through App Store or Google Play subscriptions where available. Store billing, cancellation, refund, and renewal terms are governed by the relevant store policies.

Deleting your Allong account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Manage cancellation and refunds through the App Store or Google Play account that purchased the subscription.

Do not use Allong to harm yourself or others, harass people, create illegal content, attempt to bypass security controls, impersonate another person, or interfere with the service.

Allong may limit or disable access if an account is used in a way that risks user safety, service integrity, or legal compliance.
