Allong Support

You can create an account, sign in, sign out, edit your display name, and delete your account inside the app. If email verification is required, open the verification link on the same device and return to Allong.

If you cannot access your account, use the support contact shown on the App Store or Google Play listing. Include the email address used for your Allong account so the request can be verified.

Membership settings show App Store or Google Play plans when product ids are configured for the native build. Purchases and restores are verified by Allong's backend before the app updates membership state.

Companion learning and personalization are optional. You can review and change learning settings from Profile -> Memory Profile.

If saving a setting fails, keep the app open and try again after confirming you are signed in and connected to the internet.

Deleting an account removes the Allong account and auth-linked app data, but it does not directly cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
