Delete Your Allong Account

If you can sign in, open Allong, go to Profile, choose Delete account, then confirm the deletion prompt. This starts deletion of your Allong account and auth-linked app data.

Account deletion removes the Supabase Auth user and associated auth-linked account data according to the database rules configured for Allong.

If you cannot access your account, contact Allong support using the support contact shown on the App Store or Google Play listing. Include the email address used for your Allong account so the request can be verified.

Some operational records may remain where required for billing, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or store transaction reconciliation.

Deleting an Allong account does not directly cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage cancellation, refunds, and renewal settings through the store account that purchased the subscription.
