Allong uses your email address for account authentication. If you use the companion experience, the app may store chat prompts, action notes, companion feedback, settings, and progress-related app activity so your account can restore its state across devices.

If you enable learning and personalization, Allong may use your consented companion interactions to shape memory summaries, reply style, and product improvement workflows. You can change learning controls from Memory Profile.

Allong uses account and app data to provide chat, companion state, tiny actions, memory controls, subscription status, syncing, safety boundaries, and support troubleshooting.

Allong may process chat and companion content through trusted service providers that help operate authentication, storage, AI replies, purchase verification, notifications, and hosting. These providers are used to run Allong, not for third-party advertising tracking.

Location is optional and used only for weather-based room themes when Auto theme is enabled. Allong requests foreground approximate location and does not need fine location.

Notifications are optional and used for gentle reminders. If enabled, Allong stores an Expo push token and device id so the backend can prepare reminder delivery.

App Store and Google Play purchases are verified server-side before membership state is updated. Allong stores store product and transaction identifiers needed for restore, renewal reconciliation, and support troubleshooting.

You can delete your account from Profile. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion instructions at /account-deletion. Account deletion removes the Supabase Auth user and associated auth-linked account data according to the database rules configured for Allong.

You can also turn companion learning controls off from Memory Profile. Some operational records may remain where required for security, billing, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
